The tubing is mainly composed of an inner rubber layer, a middle rubber layer, 2, 4, and 6 steel wire winding layers, and an outer rubber layer. The inner rubber layer has the function of making the conveying medium bear pressure and protecting the steel wire from corrosion. The outer rubber layer protects the steel wire from damage. The steel wire (ф0.3-2.0 reinforced layer) layer is a framework material for reinforcement. Every high-pressure oil pipe is subject to blasting inspection before leaving the factory.
