A reasonable operation plan is the most important part of our use of silent expansion materials, which is directly related to the expansion effect. If the design is improper, it may lead to long cracking time or "spout holes" or even no cracking. The general usage method is as follows:
1. Drilling: The drilling design description is as follows,
1) Hole diameter: 32-50mm (the larger the hole diameter, the greater the expansion pressure, the shorter the cracking time, but the hole diameter exceeds 50mm, which is prone to punching); 2) the hole distance: 15-40 cm (the smaller the hole distance, The shorter the cracking time. Depending on the diameter of the hole and the material of the object, it is about 5-8 times the hole diameter.); 3) Hole depth: generally more than 50cm, too shallow hole depth is prone to punching, but it is better not to exceed 5 meters. Please clean the dust or water in the hole before breaking it. 4) Row distance: the distance between rows of holes: 0.3-3M (generally 0.3-0.9M for engineering crushing, 1-3M for mining square material)
2. Proportion and dosage: Expansion material dosage: Due to different materials, the expansion material dosage is about 6-20 kg/m3. Water ratio: about 30% of the weight of the expanding material, such as 10 kg of expanding material with 3 kg of water. Note: When the ambient temperature is lower than 10 degrees Celsius, it can be stirred with warm water of about 40 degrees Celsius.
3. Stirring and hole-filling: slowly add the expansion material with a good ratio into the water, stirring while adding, until it becomes a paste-like slurry (stirring at a time. The maximum is not more than 10 kg, so it is better to install the holes), and then stir well The slurry is poured into the hole within 5 minutes (without sealing). Note: The time for mixing and filling the holes is no more than 10 minutes, and the entire operation process is no more than 30 minutes. In order to reduce the probability of "punching or spraying holes" after the expansion material is installed, try to avoid high-temperature fashion holes in summer, and try to avoid the "high temperature of the crushed object" fashion holes. If it is a long "row holes" or deep holes, many people install the holes at the same time. When the ambient temperature is lower than 5 degrees, you can use straw mats or other things to cover the holes for heat preservation after the holes are installed.
4. When the concrete with a large thickness is to be crushed, it can be crushed in layers, and the thickness of a single layer is about 1M. For special projects, it can be designed as an oblique hole. For oblique holes or horizontal holes, the material can be filled with the help of a pipe, or the material can be mixed into a semi-paste material and rolled into a strip and stuffed into the hole and then flexed.
5. Generally, cracks appear after 2-6 hours. If there are no cracks after 20 hours, it means that the hole distance you designed is too large. You should add holes along the drilling line and pour the product.
6. This product is divided into three models according to the temperature during the use of stone mining and reinforced concrete damage. When ordering, the appropriate model should be selected according to the actual construction temperature and cannot be used interchangeably.
