The ISO9001:2005 standard is defined as the "management system for directing and controlling the organization in terms of quality", which usually includes the formulation of quality policies, objectives, and quality planning, quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement activities. In order to achieve the policies and objectives of quality management, and to effectively carry out various quality management activities, a corresponding management system must be established. This system is called a quality management system.
