What are the main safety requirements of the filling mining method?

(1) The stope must maintain two exits and be equipped with lighting equipment. Pedestrian wells, sluice wells, drainage wells (for filling with water and sand) and ventilation wells should be kept unblocked.

(2) The largest particle size of the water-sand filler is not more than 1/4 of the pipe diameter, and the  largest particle size of the cementitious filler is not more than 1/5 of the pipe diameter.

(3) To fill the stope upwards in layers, the filling well and its connecting road must be constructed first, and then the bottom structure and the bottom roadway must be constructed, so as to form good ventilation conditions as soon as possible. When the mine shaft and the pedestrian shaft are arranged in the vein, it is strictly forbidden to blast the whole layer at one time to drop the mine.

(4) When rock drilling in the stope, the blast holes should be arranged evenly and form an arch along the roof. The charge should be appropriate to control the ore lumps.

(5) After each layer is mined, it should be filled in time to ensure the quality of filling. After the last layer is mined, it should be closely connected to the top.

(6) It is forbidden for personnel to stay and pass under the filling well. When filling, there should be communication between each process.

(7) Pedestrian wells along the way Mine should be provided with reliable back cushion material to prevent leakage of filling materials to prevent blockage and formation of vacant air.

(8) For the stope with cemented filling downward, the ore at the bottom corners of the two groups should be cleaned up.

(9) When the combined steel cylinder is used as a pass-through patio (pedestrian, water filtering, ore drawing), the wire mesh should be hung at the wellhead before the steel cylinder assembly operation.

(10) The artificial inter-column upward layered filling method is used for mining, and the adjacent stope should be ahead of a certain distance.

(11) Grid screens should be installed in the stope to prevent people from falling and blocking. Pedestrian wells, sluice wells, drainage wells, and filling wells should be staggered.

(12) For dry filling, each operating point should have good ventilation and dust removal measures, and strengthen individual protection.

(13) It is forbidden to conduct rock drilling and pumice processing at the same time in the stope.
