1.Mast: The mast acts as a guide for the rotation unit's sliding movement, as well as the advancement and lifting of the drill tools.

 

2.Slide Frame: Constructed from welded steel plate, the slide frame is a box-like structure that connects to and supports the mast.

 

3.Rotation Unit: Comprising a hydraulic motor, spindle assembly, drill chuck, sliding plate, and a central air supply mechanism, the rotation unit is fixed to the slide plate through a pin shaft with a spring damping system.

 

4.Feed Mechanism: Consisting of a feed hydraulic motor, sprocket assembly, chain, and buffer springs, the feed mechanism propels the drilling operation.

 

5.Rod Unloader: The rod unloading device includes components such as the upper and lower unloading bodies, rod holding cylinder, and unloading cylinder, facilitating efficient rod changes.

 

6.Dust Collection System: Our rigs offer various dust collection options, including dry, wet, hybrid, and foam-based systems to suit different environmental conditions.

9.Slewing Mechanism for the Rig: This component is formed of a slew motor, brake, reduction gear, pinion, and slewing bearing, allowing for precise turning of the machine body.

 

10.Mast Swiveling Mechanism: Including a swivel cylinder, pivot, and pivot seat, this mechanism enables the mast to swivel left and right, adjusting the drilling angle.

 

11.Compressed Air System and Hammer: Standard configurations include a screw air compressor, which supplies compressed air to the high-pressure DTH hammer and the laminar flow dust collector's jet cleaning system.

 

For standard DTH rigs, the drill string comprises drill rods, button bits, and the hammer. Drilling is conducted using two rods connected end-to-end. The rotary air supply mechanism consists of a rotary motor, reducer, and air rotary joint, all lubricated automatically by a spiral oiler. The air rotary joint includes a connector, seals, a hollow spindle, and rod joints, with a pneumatic chuck for rod handling. The hoisting and pressure regulating mechanism is driven by a hoist motor through a reducer and lifting chain, allowing the rotary assembly and drill string to move up and down. The system also features a pressure regulating cylinder and moving pulley set within a closed chain system for reduced-pressure drilling operations.
