Because domestic materials are cheaper than imported materials, and many links such as transportation and customs declaration are greatly reduced, if domestic materials can be used to replace imported materials, it can bring considerable economic benefits to enterprises and engineering projects. In recent years, many domestic experts and scholars who study materials have conducted relevant research on my country's own drill products from different angles. In terms of heat treatment technology: After a series of heat treatment improvements, the 30Cr2Ni4MoV steel drill tail trial-produced by Huang Chang and Zhang Hongyun of Guangxi Metallurgical Research Institute of my country shows that its average service life can reach 860m/piece, which is longer than the current conventional treatment in China. The service life of the 35CrMoV steel drill tail has been increased by more than 40%, which is close to the 1000-1200m life of the Swedish Atlas company's drill tail products. my country's Shao Honghong, Jiang Xiaoyan, and Zhang Daojun selected 40CrNiMoA trial drill products and applied ultrasonic fatigue testing technology to test the performance of 40CrNiMoA steel with three different microstructure states under ultrasonic vibration load (f = 20kHz, R = -1). Fatigue performance testing analyze. The results prove that under ultrasonic vibration conditions, the ultrasonic fatigue life of microstructures with strong and tough fit is significantly improved. And at low stress levels, the fatigue life of tempered troostite is higher than that of tempered troostite. In order to improve the toughness of the drill tail, Hong Zhensheng and Yin Fucheng of Xiangtan University proposed a "composite strengthening and toughening treatment" method, that is, carburizing + high-temperature tempering + isothermal quenching + low-temperature tempering treatment. Hubei Tiantian Drilling Steel Drilling Tools Co., Ltd. and Hubei University of Technology jointly researched and showed that 23CrNi3Mo steel has good strength and toughness when oil quenched at 820~860°C, and can be used as the final heat treatment process for 23CrNi3Mo steel trial drill tools. Professor Zhao Changyou from the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences conducted a detailed experimental analysis on the performance of the domestic Si-Mn series drill tool steel 24SiMnCrNi2MoA. The low alloy ultra-high strength steel 24SiMnCrNi2MoA A, the average strength is 1400MPa, and the maximum tensile strength can reach 1540-1680MPa , and has high impact absorption energy, low notch sensitivity and good elongation.
