Cleaning before use: Experienced rock workers know that the new machine must be cleaned before use! Because the rock drill uses a large amount of anti-rust oil before leaving the factory, the anti-rust oil is only anti-rust and not lubricating, so it must be cleaned before use, otherwise the anti-rust oil will wear parts after burning.

Regular dismantling and washing of the main unit: especially the down the hole air duct has a lot of impurities. Regular cleaning will reduce the wear and tear of the machine. If you are diligent, it is best to dismantle and wash it once a week.

Replace the drill sleeve frequently: Once the inner hexagonal opposite sides of the drill sleeve wear more than 24mm (the outer diameter of the nut of the long bolt is 24mm), not only the drill rod is easy to break, but also the rotating sleeve, guide sleeve, piston, copper nut, and spiral rod are increased. , valve group, ratchet wear.

Wind pressure requirements: wind pressure should be between 0.45Mpa-O.55Mpa! If the machine efficiency is lower than 0.4Mpa, the machine efficiency will be significantly reduced, and if it is higher than 0.55Mpa, the machine parts will wear out faster!

Water pressure requirements: general rock drills do not allow the water pressure to be higher than the wind pressure, because the water pressure is higher than the wind pressure, and the water will be poured into the body, which will damage the lubrication system, accelerate wear, reduce the life of the parts, and reduce the torque of the machine. Drilling speed drops or even stops! The water pressure is generally 0.2Mpa-0.3Mpa, if the water pressure is too low, the washing effect will be poor.

Do a good job of inspection: the lubricating oil is mixed in the compressed air and discharged from the exhaust hole; the shank should be covered with an oil film.

Remove impurities: Before connecting the air pipe of the rock drill, blow out the water vapor and impurities in the pipeline, otherwise the impurities will damage the rock drill.

Do a good job of oiling: do not use inferior engine oil and waste oil, but use oil according to the instructions. The oil consumption of rock drills and air legs should be 3-4 milliliters per minute.
